After an initial phone call consultation to discuss your needs, fitness background and goals, I will provide a detailed training plan tailored to starting you on your journey to achieve your aims. Your training plan will be updated for each of your weekly sessions and adapted to your ongoing needs.

 

We will meet in an environment of your choice whether you want to be in the great outdoors, a gym space or meet online from the comfort of your own home. I am passionate about making sure I provide a ‘you centered’ approach so that my clients achieve their fitness potential.
