SO, WHY BUGGYFIT?
My Buggyfit classes are something I am passionate about as I have personal
experience of being a Buggyfit mum and know it’s a fantastic way to regain fitness
as well as meet like minded women.

HOW THE CLASSES WORK
Classes are 1 hour and include a walking warm up which steadily increases to a
power buggy walk. Each class includes a range of group exercises which help us to
tone and strengthen our muscles. We then always complete our sessions with a cool down and group stretching.

As a qualified personal trainer with a further qualification in ante and postnatal
exercise, I offer expert support and tips regarding safely returning to exercise after
birth including the importance of adopting good posture.

TIME TO CHAT
The classes are a great opportunity to get to know other local mum's and it’s
commonplace for us Leicester mummies to head of for a coffee at a local café after
a session.

 

YOUR HEALTH IS MY PRIORITY

All participants need to have their 8-week GP sign off and have been cleared for exercise. I will also send all participants a health screening form prior to their first session.

GOOD TO KNOW
Wear trainers and bring some water.

We all know that getting yourself and your baby to a session with everything in place sometimes needs good planning, so we always aim to start on time.

YOUR BABY

It is a good idea to feed your baby/toddler pre-class, this hopefully means that they will not get hungry and you can focus on you. Running a class with little ones involved means we are flexible and if you have to take a few minutes out to settle your baby, then we will never be too far away!

CANCELLATION POLICY
I ask for cancellation or adjustment to your booked session dates with at least 24 hours notice prior to your upcoming session.
