I’ve been running since age 7 when I started as a junior for a local club. As
well as having personal running peaks where I have enjoyed completing both marathons and ultra-marathons, I have also been through periods of injury and twice gone through the challenge of returning to running after birth.
Running is a passion of mine as well as helping people which is why personal training works for me. As a personal trainer and run leader my main aim is to inspire other people to start running and feel both the physical and mental benefits this can have!

Whatever your fitness background, current circumstances or goals, my primary objective is to work with you to reach your personal fitness and health goals.
I work with people of all ages and varied fitness backgrounds, each having their own goals, whether it be to get fitter, faster, lose weight or to improve their mental-health wellness.
As your personal trainer I will work with you to establish your goals, how we will go about achieving
them and a setting a realistic time frame for this.
I regularly lead running sessions for a variety of different individuals and love using my passion and
knowledge of running to do so. Whether you want to aim to complete your local Parkrun or run a marathon, I will be here to work with every step of the way.
